Overview
Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager focused on Employee Benefits, playing a critical role in designing and managing the organization's benefits strategy and programs. As a key contributor within Saudi Arabia's entertainment and cultural sectors, this position requires an individual who can expertly oversee benefits offerings tailored to a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly evaluate current benefits programs against industry benchmarks and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Prepare and present benchmarking analyses identifying areas to enhance benefits offerings in line with employee and organizational needs.
- Lead administration and management of health, life, and disability insurance plans, ensuring optimal terms through negotiations with insurance providers.
- Act as the primary liaison for insurance brokers and third-party vendors, managing renewals, claims, and performance assessments of insurance policies.
- Oversee the launch and execution of new benefits initiatives, tracking project timelines to meet delivery goals.
- Drive advancements in medical insurance policies and support digital transformation for benefits platforms to improve administration and user experience.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with local labor legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies, maintaining detailed documentation for audits.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting employee benefits and guide leadership on necessary policy updates.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers and consultants to guarantee high service standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align benefits programs with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over five years of proven experience managing employee benefits, especially insurance and health-related programs.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to employee benefits.
- Proficient in negotiating and overseeing insurance plans.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.
