Overview
OUE Restaurants is looking for a Manager, Business Development & Guest Experience for a one-year contract in Singapore. This role combines business growth, relationship building, and premium guest engagement within a private wine and dining concept.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospective guests through professional networks and other outreach channels, and personally invite them to the private wine and dining concept.
- Design and execute growth initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Support the enrolment and onboarding of aligned partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and sustain strong connections with guests, prospects, and strategic business partners.
- Represent the company at private events, tastings, and brand-related functions.
- Monitor sales activity and keep the pipeline updated.
- Contribute creative marketing ideas informed by current market trends and insights.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Take on other tasks as needed to ensure a polished and seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or relationship management.
- Experience in one or more of these areas is relevant: wine, spirits, premium beverages, hospitality, hotels, upscale food and beverage, financial services, private banking, wealth management, fundraising, or investor relations.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving ability and creative thinking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
