Role objective

The selected trainee will support the planning and execution of training and development initiatives for mapped employees and clusters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage training and development activities across assigned teams and business clusters.
• Help ensure that training coverage supports sales performance and product mix objectives.
• Prepare and run training schedules according to business requirements and monthly plans.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Practical working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Interest in learning and development and training-led business impact.

2025 and 2026 pass-outs are encouraged to apply. The opening is for MBA freshers interested in joining the training function.
