Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is looking to hire Management Trainees right away for its structured management training program in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This is an entry path into a broad career track that can grow into areas such as sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The program is built around ongoing learning, coaching, and internal advancement, so the role is designed to develop future branch leaders.

Role summary
As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business immediately from a neighborhood branch and act both as a customer-facing representative and as an operational support resource. The training structure is intended to prepare you to manage a branch, win new business, and lead a team in the future. You will receive practical coaching and mentorship while also building community relationships that help support business growth.
Training focus
You will be developed across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on consistently putting customers first. The environment is described as one that values supportive competition and performance-driven growth.
Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold either a 2-year college diploma or a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university, or an international equivalent recognized by WES and/or IRCC. Preferred academic backgrounds include BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related discipline.
Applicants should also have at least 6 months of combined experience or involvement in one or more of the following: commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, military service, athletics, team activities, clubs, or other organizations.
A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license is required, along with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the previous three years. Candidates must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years. Applicants must already be authorized to work in Canada and must not need company sponsorship now or in the future. The role is also noted as generally not fitting the National Occupational Classification needed for Permanent Residency in Canada.
