About the Role

As a member of PwC New Zealand's Management Consulting team, you will collaborate with clients from both public and private sectors to address complex issues and drive sustainable transformation. The team provides expertise in operational performance improvements, business model transformation, workforce planning, and change management through a multifaceted group of specialists including consultants, HR professionals, and organisational strategists.

You will contribute to large-scale projects by taking ownership of key components, leading delivery under senior guidance, and ensuring engagement success. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential as you analyze and develop client solutions, prepare impactful presentations, and nurture both internal and external professional relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Three to five years' experience in a corporate setting
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to the consulting field
  • Proven client-facing experience in a professional environment
  • Strong technological proficiency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a professional context
  • Ability to concisely present complex issues and recommendations
  • Strong commercial awareness and curiosity
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its professional application
  • Preferred experience includes prior consulting roles or working at leading professional services firms
