Role Overview
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will manage specific workstreams and key deliverables throughout projects, collaborating closely with Managers, Directors, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure the delivery of superior results. You will foster client relationships, use structured problem-solving approaches, and support junior consultants through mentoring and quality leadership. This role suits those who are hands-on with problem resolution, disciplined in delivery, client-focused, and keen to translate insights into actionable outcomes with an emphasis on practicality and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned workstreams, plan tasks effectively, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Develop well-structured, executive-ready presentations and recommendations actionable by clients.
- Engage proactively and clearly with clients, maintaining a client-centric approach with a consistent focus on achieving outcomes.
- Grow expertise in strategic advisory and delivering value, integrating technology and data-driven solutions into outcomes.
- Contribute to team development by fostering collaboration, coaching team members, and enhancing delivery practices.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, Science or related fields; advanced degrees from reputed institutions are highly valued.
- Have between 2 to 4+ years’ experience within consulting or professional services, preferably with exposure to procurement and supply chain consulting.
- Demonstrate ability to lead workstreams and produce quality outputs within a structured delivery framework.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities coupled with polished executive communication skills.
- Comfortable operating with digital and AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft platforms and GenAI technologies focused on business adoption.
- Experience managing client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tools and leading procurement and supply chain software solutions would be advantageous.
