Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, personally addressing them to create a strong initial positive impression.
• Deliver services that meet the high standards defined in the company's Standard Operations Manual.
• Perform expert massage therapies and body treatments according to the Standard Training Manual.
• Maintain functionality of all service-related equipment consistently.
• Provide knowledgeable answers regarding services and explain the benefits of various treatments to guests.
• Support demonstrations and events as needed.
• Engage in new training and refresher programs when required.
• Keep the Therapist Log Book updated diligently.
• Complete assignments punctually following spa manager or supervisor instructions.
• Adapt responsively to organizational changes as directed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess an International Certificate in Massage.
• Have at least two years of Therapist experience in a five-star resort spa environment.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Maintain excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
• Show enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and maintain a positive attitude with a pleasant demeanor.
