Role Overview

Trinny London is hiring a full-time Make Up Artist for a new counter in Galway, County Galway, Ireland. The role runs across 5 days each week and focuses on helping customers feel confident and supported through tailored makeup and skincare guidance.

The artist will represent the brand’s approach to accessible beauty, using stackable, portable makeup and award-winning skincare to create looks that suit each individual. A strong mix of artistry, product expertise, and people skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver makeup services and product recommendations that are personalised to each customer.
• Use strong artistry skills and in-depth product knowledge to showcase the brand’s range.
• Educate customers on skincare and makeup in a clear, approachable way.
• Adapt application techniques and style to different preferences, skin types, and needs.
• Contribute to sales goals and work toward agreed KPIs.
• Create a welcoming customer experience that reflects the brand’s mission and values.
• Work as part of a team while staying organised, punctual, and professional.
• Be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Make Up Artist, ideally in retail or the beauty sector.
• Genuine interest in makeup and skincare, with current knowledge of the industry.
• Strong customer service ability and confidence in engaging with clients.
• Flexibility to tailor makeup techniques for a variety of customer looks and skin types.
• Comfort with working toward sales targets and performance metrics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for full-time work, including weekends and bank holidays.
• A reliable, well-organised, positive team player with a strong sense of punctuality.
