This full-time role offers a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning to maintain property standards.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal by handling landscaping duties, snow and ice removal, and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond promptly to work orders and participate in emergency on-call rotations, ensuring response within 30 minutes.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, property policies, and inspection guidelines to maintain compliance and quality.
• Collaborate empathetically with team members and residents, reflecting pride in all maintenance tasks.
• Support leasing, resident engagement, and rent collection efforts during rotating weekend schedules when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in apartment, residential, or facility maintenance including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and flooring; HVAC knowledge is advantageous.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Possess reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime or cover nearby locations as necessary.
• Basic proficiency with computers or mobile applications for managing work orders, timekeeping, and training; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a notable plus, enhancing resident interactions.

Additional Information
