Primary Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance and address unplanned maintenance tasks as they arise.
• Offer maintenance support through data entry, updating equipment logs, generating performance reports, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Continuously monitor production lines and machinery, intervening promptly when performance declines.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Engage with equipment suppliers during new equipment installations and modifications alongside the maintenance technical team.
• Maintain and update the maintenance management system (Limble), documenting all changes, store transactions, and completed work.
• Oversee maintenance of plant facilities including compressed air systems, water and chemical treatments, and air scrubbers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential, preferably within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or medical industries.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Electrical knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Effective team player who is also self-driven, capable of managing individual projects while supporting cross-departmental efforts.
• Competent in reading schematic diagrams.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties and work overtime as needed.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
• The role involves exposure to electrical currents, moving machinery, chemicals, and debris.
• Good visual acuity is necessary to perform tasks safely and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between €42,000 and €47,000.
• Profit-sharing scheme.
