Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive electrical maintenance across the entire foundry plant, ensuring zero downtime of all electrical installations linked to casting operations.
• Develop, design, and implement effective maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance plans tailored for the foundry environment.
• Formulate and enforce company policies related to electrical maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Plan and oversee budget allocations relevant to maintenance activities ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements related to electrical maintenance are met.
• Motivate and inspire the maintenance team to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing within all levels of the organization.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering specifically.
• At least 12 years of experience in electrical maintenance with direct involvement in foundry or casting industries.
• Proven expertise in handling all types of electrical installations within a foundry environment with a strong focus on zero downtime.
• Strong leadership qualities to manage and inspire maintenance teams effectively.
• Good command of oral and written communication skills.
• Well-versed with statutory compliance and health, safety, and environmental standards applicable to foundry electrical maintenance.
