About the Role
Join Marina Bay Sands, Asia’s leading integrated resort known for luxury, innovation, and outstanding service, and become part of our prestigious yacht operations including the Paiza One. We are inviting experienced, service-oriented professionals to express interest in joining our talent pool for future opportunities onboard our luxury hospitality chartering yachts based in Singapore.

- Captain, Chief Officer, Second Officer
- Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, Third Engineer
- Bosun, Deckhands
- Chief Steward/Stewardess, Second and Third Steward/Stewardess
- Head Chef, Sous Chef
- Purser, Housekeeping, Laundry Attendants
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury yacht, cruise ship, or upscale hospitality settings
- Possession of a valid STCW certification
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills enabling effective collaboration with crew
- Mature, detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, and capable of functioning independently as well as under pressure
- Professional appearance that upholds the highest standards of passenger service excellence
- Ability to travel internationally without restrictions and obtain visas when necessary
- Available to work on a rotational schedule of three weeks on duty followed by two weeks off
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Singapore

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore with a rotational work pattern: three weeks on duty followed by two weeks off.
