Role Overview
This full-time, onsite position in the Abu Dhabi Emirate involves assisting clients throughout the complete property transaction process. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting viewing appointments, and providing guidance on buying, selling, and leasing properties aligned with PSI's portfolio. The role requires maintaining updated knowledge of the local real estate market, preparing proposals, managing listings, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and listing teams to ensure properties are presented optimally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly address inquiries from potential and existing clients, offering expert advice on property valuations and investment prospects.
- Support clients through negotiation phases and necessary paperwork to facilitate transactions.
- Contribute actively to achieving sales goals and targets.
- Maintain comprehensive client and property data within CRM systems.
- Represent PSI by participating in property events, open houses, and client meetings.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills aimed at establishing trust and understanding client requirements thoroughly.
- Consultancy capabilities to inform clients about market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities tailored to their objectives.
- Prior experience in UAE property consulting or real estate is highly preferred, with familiarity of Abu Dhabi and Dubai communities considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is considered a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
