Role Summary
The Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant works in the refined showroom environment delivering exceptional client experiences centered around personalized service and trust. The role includes guiding clients through bespoke design consultations, providing attentive aftercare, and achieving sales targets through a consultative approach. The position offers a salary of €29,432 annually and involves teamwork, brand representation, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized one-hour lounge consultations to understand client preferences and guide bespoke jewellery design
- Ensure a seamless luxury experience from welcoming clients to after-sales follow-up and relationship nurturing
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals via tailored recommendations and confident closing techniques
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge about collections, materials, and craftsmanship to inform client discussions
- Use CRM and internal systems to manage orders, inquiries, and support tickets effectively; escalate issues when necessary
- Act as a polished brand ambassador maintaining showroom standards and superior client care
- Collaborate with Planning and store teams to support order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and showroom upkeep
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail with a solid sales performance record
- Formal jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) considered a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Proficient in handling consultations via phone, video, and in-person
- Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new systems independently
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and willing to exceed basic responsibilities
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Creative sensibility for styling and passion for distinctive bespoke jewellery
- Meticulous attention to detail in product handling, merchandising, and client communications
- Customer-focused with commitment to delivering exceptional brand-aligned experiences
- Professional appearance consistent with brand standards
- Flexibility to travel regionally to support other stores
- Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods
