Job Overview
The Lot Associate plays a crucial role in assisting customers as they load their vehicles and ensuring the maintenance and security of the store entrance area. This position requires active interaction with both Home Depot staff and customers, serving as a key point of contact at the start and end of a customer’s visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers with placing purchases into their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain the safety and orderliness of the store entrance and parking lot area.
- Ensure an adequate supply of shopping carts is available near the entrance for customer convenience.
- Engage with customers and associates to provide exceptional service, creating a welcoming environment.
Additional Information
Since Lot Associates are often the first and last employees to interact with customers, delivering outstanding customer service is essential to this role.
