About the Organization

The Upper Grand District School Board supports over 35,000 students across 66 elementary schools, 11 secondary schools, and continuing education and adult learning centres serving Dufferin, Wellington, and the City of Guelph. The Board is looking for a motivated secondary teacher for a long-term occasional assignment in mathematics at Guelph CVI. This assignment covers 3 sections and is based onsite in Guelph, Ontario.

Compensation

The salary range is $59,300.82 to $119,670.49 per year. Pay is determined by QECO rating and teaching experience, and the annual amount is prorated based on FTE. The grid rate referenced is effective September 1, 2025.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will deliver consistent, high-quality instruction during the regular teacher's temporary absence. The teacher will support student achievement and well-being while working in line with Ontario Ministry of Education expectations and Board policies.
