Logistics Specialist - Secured Logistics (FUPO)

Role overview

This position focuses on day-to-day warehouse work within secured logistics. The role involves carrying out warehouse activities according to set procedures, while keeping goods and equipment safe, orderly, and efficiently handled.

The specialist will also manage deliveries, maintain asset records, complete transaction paperwork, and ensure secure treatment of cargo. In addition, the role contributes to identifying and supporting process improvements in warehouse operations.

Shift work on a rotating roster may be part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of accountability and shared responsibility across the organisation.
• Follow company governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting workflows.
• Observe data governance and data protection rules in all work activities.
• Take part in continuous improvement efforts within warehouse operations.
• Carry out environmental protection practices as required.
• Participate in workplace safety and health activities to meet personal compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with team members to assist technology-related projects.
• Escalate and report warehousing issues promptly.
• Handle deliveries, secure goods, and complete asset and transaction documentation processes.

Requirements

• May need to work rotating shifts.
• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy items.
• Must be able to remain standing for extended periods.
• Minimum education level: N Level.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be medically fit for deployment.
