Role Overview
As Logistics Responsible, you will manage daily tasks to maintain an efficient and organized stock room, which is central to the store's operations. This role involves receiving and handling goods, ensuring smooth deliveries, managing customer orders, and supporting a safe working environment. You will also help keep the store attractive and participate in sales activities, providing excellent customer service while staying physically active.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the stock room and warehouse operations, including receiving and stacking pallets.
- Ensure efficient processing and delivery of goods within the store.
- Manage handling of goods in both warehouse and sales areas.
- Process and fulfill customer orders.
- Promote and guide colleagues on safe stockroom practices.
- Maintain store appearance and availability of merchandise.
- Support sales on the store floor by engaging with customers.

- Capable of coordinating and delegating tasks effectively.

- Previous experience in stockroom or warehouse operations in retail is beneficial.
