Overview

Lotte Duty Free, established in 1980, stands as a leading duty-free retailer in Asia, known for its unparalleled brand presence across multiple countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam, and since 2020, Singapore. Currently, Lotte Travel Retail operates 19 stores across four terminals at Singapore Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the third-party logistics (3PL) center ensuring smooth logistics workflows.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment processes effectively.
• Ensure precision in inventory tracking and control.
• Prepare and handle logistics documentation and generate associated reports.
• Assist in the execution of import/export and international trade activities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Translate and interpret communications between internal teams and the headquarters logistics team in South Korea.
• Undertake additional logistics or operational duties as requested by management, including ad-hoc assignments and projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing activities within warehouse or logistics center environments.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and international trade operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
• Hold relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade fields.
• Strong communication skills in English and Korean; native Korean speakers are preferred due to the need for translation and reporting with the headquarters.
