Key responsibilities

  • Continuously assess market trends and competing offerings, and surface opportunities in the secured lending segment.
  • Work closely with DSA partners and follow the agreed touchpoint plan to improve customer reach and accelerate loan processing and disbursement.
  • Escalate partner or process issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with risk and operations teams to support a smooth, customer-friendly loan approval and booking journey.
  • Suggest process and technology improvements that reduce processing time while improving customer experience.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints quickly and effectively, including direct follow-up where necessary.
  • Use customer relationships to support post-sanction monitoring and identify early warning signs of potential NPAs.
  • Run sales operations in line with compliance and risk management principles in coordination with the risk function.
  • Ensure documentation and credit administration are completed properly, including escrow account opening for receivables lending where required by regulatory and financial controls.
  • Maintain focus on required checks and guidelines at every stage of the secured loan process and raise possible issues early.
  • Actively flag portfolio risks to help protect asset quality.
  • Work with channel partners, customers, and the risk team on escalation cases.
  • Collaborate with peer managers and reporting managers, where applicable, to solve challenges and support sales growth.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key internal teams such as operations and risk to ensure efficient execution and issue resolution.
