About the role
Bridgestone is hiring a permanent, full-time Fleet Service Technician / Truck Tyre Fitter based in Rockingham, Western Australia. In this role, you will travel to customer locations in a company vehicle and carry out tyre servicing for fleet vehicles while working within a safety-focused and supportive team.
What the role involves
- Providing on-site tyre fitting services for trucks, trailers, and buses
- Carrying out tyre servicing and maintenance for fleet customers
- Identifying faults and working through diagnostic issues
- Recommending practical and accurate solutions based on customer needs
- Working closely with a high-performing team
What the employer is looking for
- A valid driver’s licence; LR, MR, or HR licence is preferred, and support may be provided to obtain one
- Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology, with training available if needed
- Background in fitting truck tyres and servicing customer fleets
- Clear communication skills and a positive approach
- Ability to cope well in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Dependability, honesty, and a willingness to keep learning
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Current legal right to work in Australia
