Role Overview

This position is based anywhere in Regional Queensland and centers on cultivating, acquiring, and maintaining outstanding relationships with Small Business clients. Local Business Bankers partner closely with referral sources and various banking channels to deliver financial solutions prioritizing Home Lending and Business Lending products. The role demands a proactive, adaptable approach to ensure exceptional customer experiences by engaging within a branch environment and leveraging referral networks both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with small business clients through effective communication and presence within the local community.
• Collaborate extensively with referral partners and banking channels to generate business growth.
• Manage a diverse portfolio focused on home and business lending products.
• Work independently with solid organizational skills to balance workload and deliver results consistently exceeding customer expectations.

• Proven track record of discovering and generating new business opportunities within the financial sector and local markets.
