Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Loan Officer skilled in handling Gold Loans, Small Business Loans, and Group Loans within various locations in and around Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This role requires sourcing new clients, conducting thorough assessments, and managing group lending structures to ensure loan repayment and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients interested in Gold Loans, Small Business Loans, and Joint Liability Group (JLG) Loans.
- Assess the purity of gold and evaluate the financial conditions of small enterprises to determine creditworthiness.
- Organize and lead self-help groups to foster collective responsibility in microfinance lending.
- Complete detailed loan documentation and conduct thorough KYC verification prior to submitting files for approval.
- Perform field visits regularly to guarantee 100% timely monthly loan collections and repayments.
Working Locations
Opportunities available across multiple areas including Vijayawada, Machilipatnam, Challapalli, Hanuman Junction, Bantumilli, Jagiahpeta, Nuzivedu, Ibrahimpatnam, Mylavaram, Visannapeta, and Tiruvuru.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
