Role overview

The position involves towing vehicles in line with applicable rules and directives, ensuring that vehicles are transported safely, keeping accurate records of each tow, and maintaining professional communication with customers.

Key duties

• Carry out vehicle towing in accordance with the relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
• Transport vehicles securely and responsibly to their destination.
• Record and report all towed vehicles carefully and completely.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and provide helpful service.

Required qualifications

• Valid C1E driving licence or a higher class.
• Strong German language skills.
• Sound knowledge of road traffic rules and towing-related regulations.
• Proven driving experience and the ability to move different types of vehicles safely.
• Clean police clearance certificate.
• Friendly manner and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call shifts; scheduling preferences will be taken into account.

Additional information

• Pay is EUR 20.00 per hour.
• The employment contract is permanent.
• Working hours can be arranged flexibly.
• Both full-time and part-time arrangements are possible.
