Power To Fly is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in New York. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver accurate information about Power To Fly’s offerings, such as job placement, training, and networking services.
  • Assist users in navigating the platform and resolve technical difficulties efficiently.
  • Represent the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion during every interaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams while managing cases until resolved.
  • Keep detailed documentation of user conversations and feedback to help improve services continuously.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to exchange knowledge enhancing customer support quality.
  • Stay updated on platform changes and company news to inform users appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably with live chat or online communication.
  • Exceptional written English skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse audience effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and capacity to think critically and act promptly.
  • Comfortable using various digital communication tools and eager to learn new software.
  • Committed to and knowledgeable about diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Background in technology or recruitment sectors is advantageous.
