Literary Translator

Role Overview

This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity for language professionals who can support the training and assessment of AI language models from home. The work is flexible and can be scheduled around your availability.

Work Location

100% remote, with the option to work from anywhere.

Compensation

Pay can go up to $29 USD per hour, and wages are issued on a weekly basis.

Key Duties

• Review AI-produced writing for correctness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Create brief prompts and imaginative replies that help improve model training.
• Compare and rank multiple AI responses using defined evaluation standards.
• Share written comments focused on language quality and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

This role suits people who work professionally with language, such as translators, writers, teachers, tutors, linguists, editors, or other language specialists. A strong command of both the target language and English is required.

A bachelor’s degree or above is preferred, especially in humanities, languages, or writing-related disciplines. Experience in translation, teaching, writing, editing, annotation, linguistics, academic writing, or AI content review will strengthen an application. Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow review guidelines are important.
