Role Overview

McCormick is looking for a Line Maintainer to join its Operations group at 600 Clarke Road, London, Ontario. This is an afternoon B shift role running Monday to Friday from 2:40 pm to 11:00 pm.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out production support work such as changeovers, line supply, line servicing, and basic troubleshooting of equipment problems.
• Complete and record test runs, product trials, and data-gathering activities.
• Lead short team meetings, guide line staff, and help train new hires.
• Contribute to continuous improvement work and support Journey to Excellence and Total Preventative Maintenance initiatives.
• Share issues with managers and other teams when escalation is needed.
• Follow all safety rules, workplace procedures, and operational policies at all times.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent credential, along with successful completion of basic qualification testing.
• Ability to do physically demanding work safely, including repeated pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, function with limited supervision, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, troubleshooting skill, prioritization, and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to complete forklift certification training through McCormick.

Preferred Experience

• Background in food packaging, filling lines, or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay is $24.22 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium.
• Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
