Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, promptly attending to their needs and resolving any concerns courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers by actively monitoring pool activities, enforcing pool regulations, and promoting safe swimming habits.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies following established action plans, providing lifesaving rescue and first aid when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by regularly inspecting and performing upkeep duties around the pool area.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and team members is prioritized at all times.
