About the Role
Hyatt Place Hampi is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests at the pool. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of pool activities and ensuring all equipment is in excellent condition. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to rules.
- Monitor the pool area and water conditions regularly.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
- Ensure all pool equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service to all pool users.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid international lifeguard certification (Gold standard preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, potentially as a fitness instructor or consultant, is required.
- A current lifeguard certification is mandatory.
