Education, Skills, and Experience
- A diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Catering is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial catering, camp catering, or institutional dining is expected.

- A certificate in Basic First Aid and CPR is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage day-to-day meal service so food is served promptly and efficiently.
- Track service quality and make sure HACCP-based procedures are consistently followed.
- Address customer complaints in a professional manner and work toward fast resolution.
- Maintain a welcoming, courteous, and service-focused environment.
- Set up the dining hall properly, including tables, counters, and service points.
- Keep an eye on cleanliness, layout, and the overall presentation of the dining area.
- Manage crowd movement during busy meal periods to avoid congestion.
- Ensure seating is sufficient and that table turnover runs smoothly.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure food is replenished on time.
- Record food temperatures using the self-contained digital tablet system.
- Apply hygiene controls covering HACCP, food safety, and personal cleanliness.
- Keep service zones, utensils, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Perform routine inspections and escalate any non-compliance issues.
- Confirm that essential service items such as trays and dispensers are always available.
- Keep daily service records and attendance logs up to date.
- Inform management about operational concerns, shortages, or incidents.
- Oversee upkeep and maintenance of pantry equipment.
