About the Role
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and seeks a passionate football enthusiast to launch and manage the Stranger Soccer business in Doha. This opportunity is ideal for a bold entrepreneur who wants to operate their own business centered around making the world's most popular sport easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the Stranger Soccer brand within the city of Doha, making it visible and valuable to the local community.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a small central team of 2-3 employees along with several freelance Official Hosts to run game operations effectively.
- Secure prime football venues and negotiate time slots for hosting Stranger Soccer matches.
- Design and implement engaging digital and hands-on sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers by positioning Stranger Soccer as the go-to platform for playing football.
- Manage the schedule of games ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and encouraging repeated participation.
- Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters for operational and technological support.

- A deep passion and strong connection with the local football community.
- Experience in business management, particularly in customer service roles.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with motivation to build and expand the Stranger Soccer presence in Doha.
