Role Overview

Stranger Soccer is growing its presence across major cities worldwide and is seeking a License Owner to launch and run the business in Perth. This position is designed for someone who wants to build and manage their own venture while helping make football more accessible to everyone.

The opportunity is best suited to an entrepreneurial person with a strong love for football and the drive to shape a local market. It is not a conventional management role; instead, it centers on owning, operating, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the city.

What You’ll Do

• Establish the Stranger Soccer brand and business presence in the assigned city.
• Hire, coach, and manage a small core team of 2 to 3 people, along with a few freelance Official Hosts to start operations.
• Find and secure preferred time slots at football venues for Stranger Soccer games.
• Carry out creative sales and digital marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform as a convenient way to play.
• Manage the game calendar and ensure every match delivers a great customer experience that encourages repeat participation.
• Work with support from the Singapore headquarters team, including operations and technology assistance.
