The position is best suited to an entrepreneurial person with a strong love for football and the ambition to make the game easier to access in the city.

Responsibilities
- Introduce the Stranger Soccer brand in Frankfurt and make it visible in the local market.
- Recruit, train, and lead a small core team of 2 to 3 people, as well as freelance Official Hosts who manage games.
- Identify and secure suitable venues and playing time slots for matches.
- Plan and run creative sales and marketing efforts online and offline to expand the player community.
- Oversee game operations so players consistently enjoy a smooth experience that encourages repeat bookings.
- Use the tools, operating support, and technology expertise provided by the company’s Singapore headquarters.
Profile Sought

- Background in business, management, or customer-facing work.

- A performance-focused mindset, with earnings linked to effort and business results.
About the Company
Football is the most popular sport in the world, with more than 3.5 billion fans across 200+ countries, yet many people do not play on a regular basis. Stranger Soccer aims to change that by making football as convenient to play as a jog or a gym session.
Using the mobile app, players can find games, make instant bookings, and turn up to play.
Started in Singapore, the company now operates in 10+ cities globally and has already delivered over 100,000 games. It continues to expand and welcomes applications from license partners who want to bring the brand to their own city.
Mission
To make playing football as simple as going for a jog.
Vision
To create a world where playing football is as common and accessible as watching football.
Additional Information
This is not a conventional employment role. It is designed for someone who wants to own, operate, and grow a local venture with the backing of a larger platform.
