Job Overview
The Liaison Officer role requires active coordination with government agencies, clients, and project participants to secure necessary statutory approvals, permissions, and clearances essential for successful project delivery. This position demands extensive travel across India and involves working under challenging site conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications to various Central, State, and Local Government bodies.
- Regularly track and follow up on approvals such as NOCs, licenses, permissions, and statutory clearances.
- Collect and process demand notes as part of statutory payments.
- Collaborate closely with clients to manage statutory payment processes and documentation.
- Ensure timely receipt of all final approvals within defined deadlines.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and government officials to facilitate project requirements.
- Conduct site visits for application submissions, verifications, and follow-ups.
- Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and correspondence related to approvals and project progress.
- Travel extensively nationwide and handle demanding site environments appropriately.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in liaisoning, securing statutory approvals, project coordination, supporting land acquisition, or working on infrastructure projects is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate site visits and travel.
