Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities within your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash management.
• Uphold and enforce company policies rigorously among your team.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, food handling, scheduling, customer service, store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability.
• Operate all necessary equipment safely and stock ingredients appropriately.
• Prepare products, handle telephone orders, take inventory, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities regularly.
• Drive delivery operations within the designated delivery area, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Quick, accurate mathematical abilities including making correct change.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand skills to handle equipment and prepare products speedily.
• Proficiency in using computers or touchscreens for order processing.
• Capability to navigate maps and locate customer addresses efficiently.

Physical and Environmental Demands

• Tasks involve standing for long durations, walking short distances, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying ingredients and products, pushing and pulling trays.
• Ability to climb stairs or ladders occasionally and perform frequent reaching, bending, crouching, and stooping.
• Exposure to temperature variations (36°F to over 90°F), food odors, dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts.
• Driving deliveries under varying weather conditions requiring valid driver’s license and insured vehicle access.
