About the Role
Travel Leaders 365 is looking for a service-driven and highly organized Leisure Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and reserving enjoyable travel experiences. This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys travel, understands destinations well, and can build tailored itineraries that fit a client’s interests, budget, and travel objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, interests, budget, and overall travel expectations.
- Create and suggest personalized leisure travel plans for both domestic and overseas trips.
- Handle reservations for flights, accommodation, holiday packages, cruises, train journeys, tours, transfers, travel insurance, and related travel services.
- Advise travelers on destinations, visa needs, travel paperwork, health-related entry requirements, and local cultural practices.
- Process new bookings as well as changes, cancellations, refund requests, and travel interruptions with efficiency.
- Address customer issues in a professional manner and work to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Use GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo for travel bookings and servicing.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or any other discipline.
- Hands-on exposure to GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Comfort using online booking tools and CRM software.
- Solid understanding of domestic and international destinations, airlines, hotels, and leisure travel products.
- Strong spoken and written communication, negotiation, and customer support abilities.
- Good planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage several bookings at once.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.
