Key responsibilities

Carry out legal research and assess nuanced legal situations spanning multiple practice areas.
Examine contracts, regulatory submissions, and other legal documents to verify compliance and correctness.
Apply laws, regulations, and policy guidance to produce structured legal assessments.
Draft clear, concise summaries and explain legal reasoning for scenario-based matters.
Work with teams across functions to strengthen legal processes and documentation quality.
Spot inconsistencies, legal exposure, and compliance shortcomings in legal content and records.

Required background
