Role Overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Legal Research Analyst to support a client’s legal research and compliance work. The position focuses on examining complex legal and regulatory topics, turning legal findings into practical input for product development, and helping ensure solutions stay aligned with current standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Study and interpret legislation, regulations, and case law to guide product-related decisions.
- Create technical methods and tools that streamline legal research workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring legal insights into product planning and design.
- Track new legal and regulatory developments and assess how they may affect technology products.
- Prepare technical notes, documentation, and compliance guidance for product development teams.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or an equivalent legal qualification.
- Working knowledge of legal research practices, methods, and tools.
- Exposure to regulatory review and compliance structures.
- Ability to convert legal concepts into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
