Job description
Role Overview
A respected national law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiter to become part of their Midtown Manhattan team. This role requires a highly organized and flexible professional to manage comprehensive legal recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in attorney recruiting and the ability to handle a dynamic workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lateral recruitment efforts across multiple office locations.
- Facilitate scheduling and coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring personnel.
- Maintain and update candidate information and records meticulously.
- Provide timely responses to all candidate queries.
- Conduct conflict checks, generate offer letters, and assist with the onboarding process.
- Perform additional recruitment-related tasks as required.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- A minimum of three years' experience specifically in attorney recruitment.
- Experience at the partner-level recruiting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing high-volume recruitment responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from $70,000 to $90,000, aligned with experience.

Work Schedule and Location
