We are collaborating with a well-established professional services firm located in Central London to find a skilled Legal Personal Assistant. This full-time position offers a varied, stimulating work experience supporting senior members of the insurance team in a fast-moving, cooperative workplace. The role demands balancing multiple priorities, fostering strong internal and external relationships, and delivering high-level administrative and organizational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver proactive executive support to several senior professionals.
- Manage intricate calendars, arrange meetings, and plan travel domestically and abroad.
- Compile meeting materials, prepare agendas and presentations, and record minutes when needed.
- Serve as the main liaison for internal departments, clients, and external contacts.
- Support business development efforts including coordinating events, marketing campaigns, and maintaining professional networks.
- Assist in creating client communications, reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Organize client onboarding and upkeep accurate records within company systems.
- Handle billing tasks, process expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
- Oversee workflow priorities to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with shared service teams to streamline document production and administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and superior client service at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator in a professional services context.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
- Attention to detail with a systematic and thorough approach.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Competent with IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and business software.
- A team player, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative environment.
