About the Role
We are representing a prestigious law firm situated in Dublin seeking skilled Legal Personal Assistants to support various legal practices such as banking, corporate, projects, and construction law. This role offers a chance to contribute your organizational expertise within one of Ireland's leading corporate law environments, known for its dynamic and supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full financial administration including monthly to annual billing cycles for Partners and Fee Earners, ensuring accurate and prompt revenue collections.
- Provide executive support by organizing complex international calendars and email communications for Partners, coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Assist business development through strategic research, preparing detailed background briefs, client biographies, and company profiles to support pitch meetings.
- Handle documentation duties including transcription of digital dictation and editing handwritten drafts into polished legal and business documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance by managing sensitive corporate and personal data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform daily administrative functions to maintain efficient office operations for the legal team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a law firm setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Strong capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective task prioritization abilities.

Salary: Up to 50000 EUR per annum, dependent on experience
