Job description
Role Overview
A respected Dublin-based law firm is hiring an experienced Legal PA/Personal Assistant to provide high-level support across banking, corporate, projects, and construction teams. This role offers the opportunity to join one of Ireland’s top corporate law practices in a collaborative setting where strong organisation and professionalism are genuinely appreciated.
The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid working arrangement. It is a permanent full-time role with a salary of up to 50,000 EUR, depending on experience.
Key Duties
- Oversee the full billing process on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for Partners and Fee Earners, helping to keep invoicing accurate and completed on time.
- Manage demanding international diaries and shared inboxes for Partners, while arranging senior-level meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Support business development by carrying out targeted research and preparing detailed briefing materials, including client profiles, background notes, and company summaries for pitch preparation.
- Convert audio dictation and handwritten notes into clear, polished legal and business documents.
- Handle confidential corporate and client information with the highest level of care, judgement, and discretion.
- Carry out general office administration to support efficient daily operations for the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a law firm environment is required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
- Must be trusted to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organise priorities effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset and interest in continuous learning and professional development.

This is a permanent position. The role is available in Dublin and follows a hybrid working model. The employer has indicated a salary of up to 50,000 EUR, subject to experience.
