Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Personal Assistant to join a prominent law firm in Ireland. This position offers a hybrid work model initially requiring four days onsite until completion of the probation period, after which onsite days reduce to three per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in preparing and formatting complex legal documents including extensive commercial contracts, with proficiency in redlining and tracking changes.
- Competence in billing operations, including the use of billing software, time management, and invoice generation.
- Diary management and coordination of client-facing meetings.
- Skilled in digital dictation and accurate, efficient typing.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should possess substantial experience within mid-size or large legal firms.
- Candidates preparing for FE1 exams or considering training contracts are not suitable for this role.
- The applicant must be able to demonstrate general administrative capabilities alongside the specific professional skills required.
