Role Overview
This role involves being the initial point of contact for individuals reaching our legal firm. The specialist plays a critical role in establishing trust and confidence with callers, assessing their legal issues, and arranging consultations.
Key Duties
- Engage with callers to foster confidence and trust.
- Evaluate caller situations to determine if the firm can address their legal needs.
- Schedule initial consultation appointments accordingly.
- Manage incoming inquiries received via voicemail and other platforms.
- Follow up on prospective leads provided by the marketing department.
- Accurately document and maintain client information within the firm's CRM system.
Compensation
The position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour.
