Job description
Role Overview
This position involves overseeing a range of legal cases, including inquests and personal injury claims such as Employer's Liability, Public Liability, and clinical negligence claims (CNST). You will work closely with senior legal officers including the Director of Legal Services and the Senior Solicitor, supporting the management, investigation, and administration of legal cases and related matters.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a law degree along with a relevant postgraduate qualification such as the LPC or BPTC. Prior paralegal experience, particularly handling clinical negligence or personal injury claims and inquests, is highly advantageous. Experience within the NHS or with NHS clients would be beneficial. Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to confidently engage with diverse health and legal professionals.
