Role Overview

As a Legal Counsel at noon, you will be instrumental in providing pragmatic and business-aligned legal guidance to the company's primary business units. Your role involves acting as the key legal advisor, collaborating closely with various internal teams to facilitate business expansion while effectively managing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily legal assistance on commercial and operational issues to business units.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse contracts and legal agreements.
• Serve as the principal legal representative in matters involving disputes, claims, and potential legal proceedings.
• Represent noon before pertinent authorities when necessary.
• Advise internal departments regarding legal risks, regulatory compliance, and local legislative requirements.
• Lead negotiations for complex or non-standard contractual arrangements and escalate critical matters appropriately.
• Utilize legal templates and frameworks to enhance process uniformity and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and address recurring legal risks and issues.
• Assist in dispute resolution, assessment of claims, and settlement negotiations.
• Ensure the provision of timely legal support aligned with established turnaround times and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or an equivalent qualification).
• Between 4 to 7 years of pertinent legal experience, particularly in commercial contracts and dispute resolution.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving, and growth-centric environment.
