Legal Consultant - Employment

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced employment lawyers to collaborate with our Fortune 500 clientele, providing expert legal guidance specifically in employment law.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer legal assistance to APAC Human Resources teams regarding employment-related issues.
• Deliver specialized legal counsel on employment matters such as employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts related to employment, including severance and other relevant agreements.
• Support dispute resolution processes including grievance handling, mediations, and represent the company in employment law litigation cases.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law, ideally gained within law firms, corporations, or financial institutions.
• Strong communication skills.
