This opportunity is for a Legal Assistant located in the United States and supports a partner company that handles the application process and subsequent hiring steps. The role is embedded in a modern, fast-paced legal function supporting a global technology business, where structured execution, operational accuracy, and continuous improvement are central to the work.

You will help keep legal operations running smoothly by managing contracts, compliance timelines, document organization, and administrative workflows. The position calls for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams in Legal, Finance, Sales, and RevOps. There is also a strong emphasis on streamlining processes and using AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve legal operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle daily legal administrative work, including incoming requests, outside notices, and tracking important deadlines.
  • Keep legal calendars current for filings, renewals, and compliance duties across several jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate invoice handling, vendor payments, and related administrative support with Finance.
  • Maintain orderly legal document repositories, including Google Drive structure, file naming standards, and permissions management.
  • Administer DocuSign activity, with accurate monitoring, storage, and retrieval of signed agreements.
  • Support contract review by identifying unusual or non-standard language in NDAs, amendments, and order forms for attorney attention.
  • Assist with corporate entity administration, compliance follow-up, and regulatory filing tasks.
  • Look for practical ways to improve processes and automate work using AI tools.
  • Work closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and RevOps to keep operations aligned across functions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or legal operations/administrative support role.
  • Excellent organization and a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Background managing large volumes of documents with structured filing, naming conventions, and access controls.
  • Working knowledge of legal administrative tasks such as calendaring, contract tracking, and compliance monitoring.
  • Comfort using AI tools and applying technology to improve legal processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple business teams.
  • Capability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with contract documents such as NDAs, order forms, and DPAs is considered an advantage.
  • Exposure to in-house legal teams or SaaS/technology settings is highly desirable.
