This role focuses on renewals, new lease agreements, and ensuring that all contractual and administrative milestones are completed accurately and within deadline. The position is based in Singapore and carries a strong regional scope across Asia, with particular emphasis on the Singapore market.

You will help shape great tenant and partner experiences by coordinating the leasing journey from first discussion through to contract completion and handover. The work is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with operations, construction, store, legal, finance, and planning teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

What you will do

  • Support the Director, Property and Network in managing real estate activity across Pandora’s Asia cluster of 15 markets.
  • Prepare and manage investment proposals that strengthen business cases for Singapore.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with landlords for new sites, renewals, relocations, and closure agreements.
  • Work with legal partners to review lease documents and keep all timelines on track.
  • Partner with the Property Director on the Singapore store development strategy and pipeline.
  • Coordinate with the Store Construction team to help ensure network projects are delivered successfully.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Director, Property and Network.
  • Provide lease contract information to Finance in a timely and accurate manner to support forecasting and accounts payable.
  • Submit reports to the global office in Copenhagen on schedule.
  • Provide support across Pandora’s regional Asia markets as needed.
  • Work closely with the Store Planning & Development Manager and Leasing Managers in Mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail store leasing management and negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and stay organized across competing priorities.
  • Good understanding of local and regional retail market dynamics.
  • Well-developed negotiation skills and comfort working across different cultures.
  • Ability to provide clarity and direction in a fast-paced, start-up-like setting.
