- Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training in complex organizations or client-facing settings.
- Strong command of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and both live and virtual facilitation.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise or national accounts in a consulting or advisory role is preferred.
- Working knowledge of learning management systems, learning technologies, and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to turn business needs into structured learning solutions with measurable results.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Instructional design or L&D certifications such as CPTD, ATD, or CPLP are considered an advantage.

- Annual compensation between $88,000 and $129,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Annual incentive bonus tied to individual and organizational performance.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement coverage with a 401(k) company match.
